One Direction ‘Perfect’ Single Review
One Direction released their brand new single Perfect. Follow-up to Drag me Down, the song is taken from their upcoming 5th studio album ‘Made in the A.M‘ which will be released on November 13th.
Perfect is a teen mainstream pop song. The word ‘risk’ doesn’t seem to exist. We get the standard song that fits perfectly with what 1D fanatics want. So not a big surprise. Musically, it lacks of this little thing that makes the difference to become an interesting pop tune. However, Harry Styles carries the song in the choruses even if the song itself is well bland. In other hand, it is enough to be a short hit single.
Lyrically, it is quite funny. It is a very ironic love tune that reminds you of “Haylor era, T.S, the ‘Harry Styles ‘s Publicity Stunt winter girlfriend” . However, it is guaranteed to be a fan favorite song as usual and this is what it is important.
